Where to go
Here you will find information of where to go during your holiday. There is too much to chose from, so listed are only some of our favourite spots.
The cottages are located in the small, welcoming seaside village of Praia das Maçãs, with a friendly atmosphere, attracting all age groups.
Situated on the west coast of Portugal, just north of Lisbon, Praia das Maçãs is only 12km from the exquisitely beautiful World Heritage Site town of Sintra which boasts amongst its major attractions, the Moorish Castle and the fairy-tale like Palácio da Pena (Pena Palace).
There is also easy access to Lisbon itself, the famous casino in Estoril, or the beautiful marina at Cascais.
Whether on a romantic break, family or friends holiday, the choices are endless both in activities and entertainment, with golden sandy beaches just a small stroll away.
You're spoilt for choice with so many great seafood or traditional Portuguese cuisine restaurants just a few minutes walk from the house (and the beach!), where you can relax and enjoy life... with a nice glass of wine! It won't cost you an arm and a leg either, so you can try a different one each night.
