“Obrigada, We had a great time here and would love to stay a little longer”
Maren & friends – July 2013 – Vila Arcos
“We spent the last 5 days of our honeymoon here – enough time to allow us to fall in love with Portugal. Visited Sintra on the squeaky tram & spent the night at a Quinta (see the Portugal lonely planet for more details). the food here is fantastic ! Enjoyed a shellfish feast at Buzio – barnacles, whelks, oysters, crawfish, crawfish, octopus salad, crab, rocklobster,& tiger shrimp, 3 bottles of Vino Verde & Desert with port. Four of our favourite hours here ! Adding to Portugals poetic history I’m leaving you a copy of my book for the villa across library. Be inspired & enjoy – and don’t let the western wind blow you away”

“We just spent 5 days at the lovely cottage as part of our honeymoon.
Ralph was so helpful during our stay and he keeps a beautifully clean and immaculate house and garden. Location is perfect for access to the village and surrounding area, would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much for everything.”

“A little Gem, And it is.
Hidden away but close to everything you could want. Pretty village, lovely beach – and you don’t need a car !
Immaculate cottage & delightful garden & a very helpful “Ralph”
We now go on to stay at Casal de Santa Maria with family for my 70th birthday, what a special place to celebrate.”

Thank you for a fantastic week, The upgrade was great even though the first cottage was wonderful. We loved the location, the people, the food and so much to see and do.
We shall book two weeks next time !
