Tiffany originates from New York City and is now leading movement classes and workshops throughout Sintra, Portugal. She believes yoga is more than just a physical practice but connecting the dots of our being.
This practice is the realization of the self and our only requirement is to embrace and accept life as it is.
Coming into your real authentic self involves looking deeply at patterns, habits and uniting with all things. Her coaching journey began with fitness leading classes that celebrate the core, boost cardiovascular health, burn fat and build strength. Classes range from dynamic vinyasa flows with lively music to slower restorative classes. As a teacher, her goal is to bring students of every kind to their growing edge and invite them to turn inwards to truly listen & connect with themselves.
Credentials: NSCA-CPT, YRT-200 Yoga Instructor, Power Pilates, Kettle Bell Athletics Coach, Pre & Post Natal, AASDN Nutritional Specialist.
Monday through Friday group and private classes are available in two time slots.
Morning Flow 9am – 10am
Sunset Reset 6pm -7pm

Class Options
Yoga: Yoga is a matter of the heart meaning it is your body’s art. We refine this art with practice and intention. This 1 hr class teaches students to use breath to engage the body so that the body may still the mind. These movements are pure nourishment for the soul. We move slowly and with love. This class is a recovery practice designed to learn the body, increase awareness and sensation as well as relieve common areas of stress either from sport or just general pain.
Renewal: 1-hour fitness class welcome to students of all levels. This class balances discipline & play to bring you to a deeper connection with your body. You will sweat. You will laugh. You will be amazed by you. Embrace the skin you’re in. No equipment needed – just arms and legs and your commitment to feeling good!
