This former fishing village is now-a-days one of the most lively seaside resorts on the Estoril coast.
It lies on the opposite side of the Sintra-Cascais mountain range to Praia das Maçãs and it is accessible by taking the Cabo da Roca road or by taking the bus from Sintra. The bus leaves from the station road.
